Delivery Time
Approximate delivery times are displayed at checkout based on your location and the shipping options you choose. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information when applicable. Most orders place before 2pm Eastern Time will ship the same day. Please note that all orders placed after 2pm Eastern Time on Friday will not ship until the following Tuesday.
Undeliverable Packages
Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. In the event that your package is returned to us, we will use best efforts to contact you using the information that you have provided. If after seven business days we are not able to reach you, a refund will be issued less shipping charges.
Return Policy
Music – CD’s and DVD’s may be returned/exchanged provided that they are returned sealed and in clean, sellable condition. Vinyl is final sale only, no returns or exchanges for vinyl will be accepted.
Clothing – Clothing may be returned/exchanged provided that the item(s) are returned in clean, sellable condition with all tags intact, satisfaction subject to our discretion.
* All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 (thirty) days of the shipping date indicated on your sales receipt. After 30 days your order will be assumed satisfactory and any claims of shipment errors or requests for returns or exchanges will not be accepted.
* All returns and exchanges (except in the event of an incorrectly filled order) will be credited less shipping costs.
